Hiring of the service for registration on search engines is, in general, regulated by the conditions envisaged in this document; the following rules are to be applied to specific aspects:

-  Canal IP Network S.L. shall register the client’s web page on the search engines included in the selected option 

- It is forbidden to send contents that violate the law in force and/or other persons’ legitimate rights. Canal IP Network S.L. reserves the right to adopt the legal measures it should consider appropriate.

- In the forms for hiring this service, certain information is requested (such as title, explanation and associated key words) which is needed to register clients’ web page on search engines. These fields are simply used as guidance, Canal IP Network S.L. has the right to modify them according to its judgement in order to adapt them to the registration policy used by different search engines and to improve their service. Furthermore, clients must take into account that search engines can freely modify this information if necessary. Canal IP Network S.L. does not accept contractual or noncontractual responsibility resulting from the modification of the information supplied by the person hiring the service.

- After registration, some search engines offer the possibility of carrying out modifications on said registrations or to remove the actual page. The criteria used by each search engine to admit removals or modification is out of Canal IP Networks S.L.’s control and responsibility. Canal IP Network S.L. does not accept contractual or noncontractual responsibility for eventual damage to the person hiring the service related to a certain search engine declining registration applications and/or modification of resources that had been registered when hiring the service. In any case, eventual removals or modifications are not Canal IP Network S.L.’s responsibility and should not be envisaged in this service.

- This web page requests data needed to provide the required service such as bank information or credit card number in order to charge for these services. This information is transmitted by means of a secure server, using SLL (Secure socket layer) encryption protocol, this secure server is certified by the specialist company Thawte. However, any transmission of information on the Internet has a risk (albeit minimum) of being intercepted. Canal IP Network S.L. does not control and is not answerable for the use they make of them. If you are concerned about the confidentiality of this information, you should not hire the service for registration on search engines.

- Each of the hiring options enumerates the list of search engines where the web page will be registered. If for reasons beyond Canal IP Network S.L’s control, any of these engines should stop functioning or stopped admitting new registrations, Canal IP Network S.L has the right to replace it with another of similar characteristics, without prior notice to clients.
